  • Refund & Exchange Policy All sales on custom jewelry and gift items are final. Due to sanitary and safety concerns, as well as FDA regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these items.

    In the event that a mistake occurs on our end—whether it's a shipping error or an issue with your order—we will happily provide an exchange or a refund as necessary. Please just contact us and we'll make it right, no questions asked.

    Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Each shipment is insured, and if there's an issue, you can file an insurance claim with the carrier to recover the value of your package.
