Domestic Shipping Policy

 
  • Processing Time All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours (1–3 business days). Processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or weather‑related delays.

    Shipping Rates We offer a flat rate of $6 for all domestic orders within the United States.

    Shipping Upgrades Customers may choose to upgrade their shipping at checkout for faster delivery. Upgrade costs vary based on the carrier and service selected.

    Tracking Information Once your order leaves our warehouse, tracking information will be sent to your email within 72 hours. Please allow the carrier time to update tracking scans.

    Carrier Delays & Liability Once your package has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for:

    • Carrier delays

    • Lost or stolen packages

    • Damage during transit

    All packages are insured. While we cannot control carrier issues, we will assist you in locating a lost package by opening an inquiry with the carrier if needed.

    Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
