All customized jewelry is made to order through a specialized third‑party manufacturer using custom molds, name plates, engraving, sizing, and other personalized elements. Because these items are created specifically for you:

  • You have 24 hours from the time your order is placed to:

    • Review your customization details

    • Fix spelling mistakes

    • Request changes

    • Cancel the order

  • After 24 hours, production begins. Once production starts, no changes can be made — including spelling, sizing, color, design, or personalization updates.

  • All customized jewelry is FINAL SALE — no refunds or exchanges. This includes:

    • Spelling mistakes submitted by the customer

    • Incorrect sizes provided by the customer

    • Changing your mind after production

    • Deciding you no longer want the item

  • Because each piece is created through a third‑party specialist, we cannot stop, alter, or reverse the order once it has been submitted.

Your item will arrive exactly as submitted. Please double‑check all spelling, names, dates, sizes, and customization details before completing your purchase.

*Subscription Box Customization Policy

Subscription boxes that include customization follow a strict timeline:

  • You may make changes up to 24 hours before your scheduled ship date.

  • Allowed changes include:

    • Product swaps

    • Theme changes

    • Upgrading your box

    • Adding additional items

  • Once your box enters the packing stage and a shipping label is created with tracking information attached, no further changes can be made.

  • All subscription boxes are FINAL SALE — no refunds or exchanges, including boxes containing customized items.

*Gift Customization Policy

Customized gift items (engraved gifts, personalized packaging, name items, etc.) follow a shipping‑based deadline:

  • You may request changes up to 24 hours before your shipping notice is emailed.

  • Once you receive your tracking number, your order is already packed and sealed — no changes can be made.

  • All customized gifts are FINAL SALE — no refunds or exchanges.

*Chargeback Policy

We take customization orders seriously and document every step of the process, including timestamps, order details, customer‑submitted customization information, and production confirmations.

Because customized items are made specifically for you and cannot be altered once production begins:

  • We fight all chargebacks involving customized items.

  • We provide proof of:

    • Customer‑submitted customization details

    • Production timelines

    • Communication records

    • Shipping and delivery confirmation

  • We win all chargebacks involving customized items, as these products are non‑returnable, non‑refundable, and created exactly according to the customer’s submitted information.

Submitting a chargeback for a customized item does not override our customization policy or the final‑sale nature of these products, the banks are well aware of the custom policy terms + conditions with Jewelry, Subscriptions and all personal cosmetics as its now the law per FDA Guidelines. We have to follow all laws to maintain transparent, trustworthy and compliant.
