    1. Overview of Subscription Service

    Our Monthly Subscription Boxes are recurring, automatic shipments that are billed on a scheduled cycle. By subscribing, you agree to be automatically charged for each renewal period until you cancel.

    2. Billing & Renewal

    • Subscriptions renew automatically every billing cycle (monthly, 3‑month, 6‑month, 9‑month, or 12‑month plans, depending on what you select).

    • Your payment method will be charged on the same date each cycle.

    • If a payment fails, the system will retry. Orders will not ship until payment is successfully processed.

    3. Cancellations

    • You may cancel anytime, but cancellations must be made before your next billing date.

    • Once a renewal is processed, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

    • Canceling a subscription stops future renewals — it does not refund past charges.

    4. Subscription Box Contents

    Each box contains curated items based on availability. Items may vary month to month. Substitutions may occur if certain products are discontinued, out of stock, or replaced with upgraded items of equal or greater value.

    5. Shipping Information

    Subscription boxes ship according to our standard processing schedule. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

    6. International Subscription Orders

    International subscribers are subject to the same rules outlined in our International Shipping Policy, including:

    • Responsibility for all customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and government fees

    • No refunds for refused, abandoned, or unclaimed packages

    • No chargebacks accepted for customs‑related issues

    • No refunds for delays caused by customs, weather, political issues, or carrier disruptions

    By subscribing internationally, you acknowledge and agree to all terms in the International Shipping Policy.

    7. Address Changes

    Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct.

    • Address changes must be submitted before the next billing date.

    • If a box ships to an old or incorrect address due to customer error, no refunds or replacements will be issued.

    8. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

    If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, the order is considered forfeited. No refunds or replacements will be issued.

    9. Refunds & Returns

    Subscription boxes are non‑refundable and non‑returnable due to the curated nature of the products. All sales are final once the order is processed.

    10. Promotions & Discounts

    Promotional pricing (such as first‑box discounts) applies only to the initial order unless otherwise stated. Future renewals will be billed at the regular subscription rate.
