International Shipping Policy

1. Customs Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
All international customers are fully responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or government charges required by their country. These fees are not included in your purchase price or shipping cost. We do not pay, reimburse, or estimate customs fees. It is the customer’s responsibility to know their country’s import rules and charges before placing an order.
2. Refused, Abandoned, or Unclaimed Packages
If a customer refuses to pay customs fees, abandons the package, or fails to pick it up from customs or the carrier, the order is considered forfeited.
No refunds will be issued.
No replacements will be sent.
Chargebacks will not be accepted, as banks are now aware that customers are responsible for international customs fees and abandoned packages.
Once the package is shipped, the order is final.
3. Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times
We do not personally ship packages. All international shipments are handled by third‑party carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, or your local postal service.
Because of this, we cannot control:
Customs processing times
Delays caused by customs inspections
Weather‑related delays
International political issues
Strikes, shutdowns, or labor disruptions
Airline or transportation delays
Any other carrier‑related issues
Delivery times vary by destination and customs workload. Once your order leaves our facility, the timeline is 100% in the hands of the carrier and your country’s customs agency.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided for all international shipments. Once the package is in transit, customers must follow tracking updates through the carrier’s website or their local postal service.
5. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is delayed, held, or slowed down by customs, this is not considered a lost package. If customs returns the package to us due to unpaid fees or abandonment, the order is not eligible for a refund.
6. Customer Responsibility Summary
By placing an international order, you agree that:
You are responsible for all customs fees and taxes.
You will not refuse or abandon your package.
You forfeit all refunds if you do.
You understand that we do not control customs or carrier delays.
You will not file a chargeback for customs‑related issues.
